Search Tips
Commonly reported search problems and questions are as follows:
- Q: Does Search & Status allow you to search for TESS and Texas One Call ticket numbers in addition to
Lone Star tickets?
A: You may search using any of the three call center's ticket
numbers. It is important to note that not all TESS and Texas One Call tickets prior to January 2008 may be
available. If you do not find the ticket you will need to contact the call center where the ticket was called in.
- Q: You cannot find your ticket when searching off the street name.
A: Perform a wild card search on the street name by only entering the first few letters of the street. This will display more street names to assist you in the event that the street was not correctly spelled on the ticket.
- Q: You cannot find your ticket.
A: Make sure you have selected the correct date range
and broaden your search by only searching off of the date, street name and state and county fields.
