The Ticket Check® System is a tool provided by One Call Concepts, Inc. which gives Lone Star Notification Members, the "Facility Operator" (including their designated representative) a convenient positive response system. This application, which is accessible via both the telephone and the web, allows an underground facility operator to login and status tickets.

As a positive response system, homeowners and excavators will be able to easily access and view the status of the submitted tickets that underground facility operators are responsible in providing. These statuses can be found on Search & Status®.
