
Ticket Check Statusing Methods
There are currently four methods for statusing tickets to Texas Ticket Check®.
Option 1 - Status via IVR/Telephone
This option allows users to status tickets individually via an interactive voice
response system. Users call a toll-free telephone number 866.821.4226 with their unique 10-digit id number and follow the prompts to status tickets.
Option 2 - Online Individual Status
This option allows users to status tickets individually via the web-based application.
The following two options are used by users that wish to status tickets in batch.
Option 3 - Online Batch Status Upload Process
This option allows users to batch via the web where they have formatted a file in the
specified format, logs onto the web-based application and manually uploads the file(s). This is called

Option 4 - FTP Status Upload Process
This option allows users to FTP properly formatted files to the FTP
address. This is typically used by users that have a large volume. This allows users to send large
